You are NOT broken.
…even if you FEEL broken.
You’re just healing.
You are whole within yourself.
You’re just learning to remember it.
If you’re going through a break up, a divorce, an unexpected life transition of any kind…
…you may FEEL broken.
But you aren’t.
Even if the rug got pulled away.
Even if everything feels like it’s burning down around you.
You are not broken.
Heartbreak is a season.
Give yourself the space to heal and be in the process.
If you’re seeing a therapist or working with a coach – it’s a profound act of self love.
It is NOT because you need to be “fixed”
There is nothing to “fix”.
You were never broken to begin with.
You’re simply declaring you’re ready to live a more fulfilling life, with less suffering and more joy.
Repeat after me:
“I am not broken.”
(or my version, natch: I am not f*cking broken).
Rinse and repeat until you believe it.
